TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Cosmagaze Mobile Planetarium (https://cosmagaze.com). By accessing this website or placing a booking for our mobile planetarium shows, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Operations

Cosmagaze Mobile Planetarium provides mobile 360° FullDome astronomical shows, space education programs, and interactive planetarium visits for schools, educational institutions, and public/private events.

2. Service Bookings & Requirements

  • Confirmation: Booking inquiries submitted via the website are subject to availability and formal written confirmation via email/WhatsApp.
  • Venue Preparation: Clients/schools must provide an adequate, clean indoor space (e.g., school hall or auditorium) with necessary ceiling height and stable electricity access as stipulated during booking.

3. Payments & Fees

Pricing quotes are provided in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or as specified in official quotations. Payment schedules, advance deposits, and final balance settlements must adhere to the issued official invoices.

4. Cancellation Policy & EU Consumer Rights

In alignment with EU Consumer Rights standards (Directive 2011/83/EU):

  • Bookings may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled visit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date may incur a logistics preparation fee equivalent to the deposit.
  • In case of severe weather, national emergencies, or safety disruptions, Cosmagaze will offer a full reschedule or deposit refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, website content, visual displays, logos, branding, 360° FullDome projection media, and educational materials provided by Cosmagaze are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or commercial reuse of live show content is strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Venue Conduct

Visitors and students must follow the safety instructions provided by Cosmagaze staff. Sharp objects, open flames, food, and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the planetarium dome structure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cosmagaze shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability or event disruptions beyond reasonable operational control. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, while respecting mandatory statutory consumer protection laws applicable to international clients.
